Shipping Methods

Mazworx offers shipping via FedEx, UPS and USPS for domestic and international services. Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses. Freight shipping is used for bulk purchase.

Shipping and handling charges will be displayed on the summary page during checkout.

Duties

All import duties into the customer’s country are the responsibility of the customer. Check your local customs regulations before making an international order.

If an item is displayed as available on backorder, that means it is currently out of stock but either is in the process of being made for inventory or made upon order. Feel free to contact us for ETA on any product or order.

Damaged/Lost Shipment

If an item in your order becomes lost or damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately, and be sure to keep all original items, shipping and packing materials that were included as evidence. Mazworx is not liable for denied claims due to customer negligence.

Payment

All purchases made through Mazworx must be paid in full upon shipping or will call on all parts or services rendered by Mazworx. If and when company or personal checks are accepted, any returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee.
