All orders placed with Mazworx constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed below. All prices, materials, designs and specifications are subject to change without notice. Mazworx reserves the right to change any and all Terms and Conditions of Sale without notice. There will be absolutely no exceptions to any of the terms stated.

Warranty

All merchandise sold by Mazworx is only subject to the manufacturer warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if defect is found caused by the customers misuse, abuse, negligence and or mishandling. No labor or inconveniences may be included in any claims. Engines with a warranty claim must be returned to Mazworx at customer’s expense.

Installation

All installation and/or labor performed by Mazworx hold a “drive out” warranty only, which entails that vehicle has been inspected and in working condition when delivered. No warranty applies afterwards. Mazworx will not be held liable after delivery of the vehicle. Any high performance install must follow all proper maintenance and “break-in” period and will be stated to the customer at the time of delivery of the vehicle. Mazworx will not be held liable for clients not following the proper directions that have been set forth.

Returns

A return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and all refunds will be in the form of store credit. All authorized return merchandise must not be used and in its original purchase condition and packaging. No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return, along with a contact phone number where we may reach you. A 20% (of total sale amount) re-stocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or cancellations of orders.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items. All rims and tires will be considered special order items. All special orders must be prepaid. All parts shall remain the property of Mazworx until paid for in full. If the product ordered has not been paid for in full within 30 days from the date ordered the deposit will be used as a restocking fee and will not be refundable.

All items that are to be returned must be via freight and pre-paid by the customer.

Furthermore, all engine components, headlight units, electrical components, import parts, and any or all aftermarket accessories are sold as is without any warranty and may not be returned.

Canceled Orders

Cancellation of in stock items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Special order items cannot be canceled or returned.
